Alliance Soccer Club  is seeking Volunteer Coaches for ages 4-13 for our Recreational Programming. This is an amazing opportunity to help out in the community, work with youth players or gain volunteer hours for high school.

Seasonal Programming is designed and available to all coaches if needed!

Alliance Soccer Club offers Academy Soccer for players aged 3-8 and Rec Select for players aged 8-13. ASC will work with each Coach to determine the best fitting age group and level based upon qualifications. Parent coaches always welcome.

Coaches are expected to actively communicate with players and parents using TEAMSNAP , our communication, scheduling and rostering website or app. Coaches should plan to implement practice plans and coach weekend games. Academy Soccer also provides a Professional Trainer 1 night a week.

Primary Responsiblities :

  • Implementing Session Planning & Curriculums
    • The club can provide simple yet effective sessions within the ASC Curriculum which will increase player & team development over the course of the season
    • Coaches can utilize ASC coaching staff, trainers, clinics and Board where necessary to create optimal training sessions for your age group and ability level
  • Professionalism
    • Coaches must carry themselves in a manner which represents a fun, appropriate environment both on and off the field
  • Communication
    • Effective communication is a pillar of the coaching staff and board at ASC. We are available to help in all matters.
  • Help players grow in love for the game while challenging them and creating a opportunity to learn the values the beautiful game helps bring out.

Alliance SC is looking Coaches for Fall and Spring Seasons for all ages & abilities.

Requirements:

  • Training Sessions 1-2 Per Week (Fall/Spring)
    • Junior Academy U4-U6 train 1x per week. U8-U13 train 2x per week
  • Weekly Games (Fall/Spring) in the Frederick County Youth Soccer League (FCYSL)
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for ASC representing the brand positively at all times and within the community
  • Attend coaches clinics and meetings
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
