Alliance Soccer Club was created to provide the children in our community with the best possible environment to grow and develop as players when they are ready for the next level of soccer. Our primary goal is to offer a challenging and competitive setting where players can continue to improve, build confidence, and pursue opportunities to play at the highest level.
Alliance Junior Academy Soccer Program Is for Players (3-5 Years Old)
The Alliance Junior Academy Soccer Program is the first step in our player development pathway and is designed for children ages 3–5 who are being introduced to the game of soccer for the first time. At Alliance Soccer Club, we believe early experiences should be fun, positive, and engaging, helping young players build confidence and excitement while developing a love for the game.
Sessions focus on fun, movement, and imagination, using playful, age-appropriate activities that encourage exploration and creativity. Players develop basic coordination, motor skills, and early ball familiarity in a supportive, pressure-free environment where effort and participation are celebrated.
Through guided play, children begin learning simple concepts such as listening, taking turns, sharing the ball, and playing together. Coaches emphasize encouragement, patience, and positive reinforcement, allowing players to learn at their own pace without fear of mistakes.
All activities are developmentally appropriate and aligned with U.S. Soccer best practices. At this age, success is not measured by scores or outcomes, but by smiles, confidence, and a growing love for soccer.
Play. Learn. Grow. Love the game.
Pre-K Program
The Pre-K Program runs as an 8-week season, featuring 7 total games and a fun end-of-season round-robin event. Games are scheduled across 5 Saturdays and 2 Sundays, with April 26 designated as the official rain make-up date.
Minis Program
The Minis Program includes weekday games held immediately following practice sessions, creating a smooth transition from training to game play. Thursdays serve as designated make-up days. The season consists of 8 weeks of practice and 7 weeks of games.
Both programs are thoughtfully designed to provide age-appropriate structure, consistency, and fun, helping young players develop confidence, coordination, and a love for the game, while keeping soccer exciting from the very first kick.
The Academy Director oversees all aspects of the program, and works close with the Volunteer Coaches and Head Trainer to ensure the program stays true to our goals.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER COMPLETION OF THE FIRST WEEK OF PRACTICE, Before Said Time Refunds Are Issued at The Commissioners Discretion

The Alliance Senior Academy Soccer Program builds upon the foundation established in our Pre-K Academy and is designed for Kindergarten-aged players who are ready for the next step in their soccer journey. At Alliance Soccer Club, we continue to introduce the game through fun, movement, and imagination, while adding more structure to help players grow in confidence, skill, and understanding of the game.
Sessions focus on maximum ball touches through playful, age-appropriate activities that develop coordination, basic ball skills, teamwork, and creativity in a positive, encouraging environment. Coaches emphasize effort, participation, and confidence, allowing players to explore the game without pressure or fear of mistakes.
As players mature, they begin learning simple game concepts such as sharing the ball, spacing, taking turns, and playing together. These experiences help players develop teamwork, sportsmanship, and a stronger connection to the game while maintaining an enjoyable and engaging atmosphere.
All training activities and games are developmentally appropriate and aligned with U.S. Soccer best practices. At this age, success is not measured by scores or standings, but by smiles, growing confidence, and a genuine love for soccer.

Our Recreational Soccer Program welcomes both new and returning players in 1st through 12th grade. Designed for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced players, the program balances skill development, competitive play, and fun in a supportive team environment.
Training sessions are held twice per week at local schools and parks. Soccer is a team sport, and players are expected to attend and actively participate in all practices, as this is where core skills are developed. Games provide players with the opportunity to apply what they learn during training. In addition, players will continue to build their soccer skills and physical fitness under the guidance of professional trainers once per week.
1st/2nd, 3rd/4th, 5th/6th, and 7th/8th grade teams will compete in the Recreational Youth Soccer Development League (RYSDL) or the United Recreational Soccer League (URSL). RYSDL and URSL teams are organized into boys, girls, and co-ed divisions.
Home games are played at Deer Crossing Elementary School, LOUYAA Park, and Old National Pike Park. Away games are held at various locations throughout Frederick County, depending on the opposing team’s home field. Matches are typically scheduled on Saturdays, with occasional Sunday games.
High School teams will compete in the Friday Night Lights League, with games held on Friday evenings at Ballenger Creek Park on the turf fields.
All new players are required to purchase a uniform package.
(If you purchased an Under Armour uniform for Fall 2023, Spring 2024, Fall 2024, Spring 2025, or Fall 2025, a new uniform is not required for Spring 2026.)
REC SELECT SOCCER MISSION
Our mission is to provide well-structured recreational soccer programs that accommodate varying levels of play while aligning with each player’s individual abilities, potential, and interests. We are committed to fostering a positive and inclusive youth sports culture that supports development, enjoyment, and respect for the game.
REC SELECT SOCCER VISION
We believe a high-quality soccer experience is built on positive coaching principles. Our vision is to ensure that every athlete enjoys playing the game, feels valued as a team member regardless of performance, learns sportsmanship both on and off the field, and develops technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall knowledge of the game while continuing to grow and improve as a player and teammate.
Volunteer Coaches & Parents
Volunteer coaches and assistant coaches remain on the sidelines with their team during games. Parents and spectators are asked to sit on the opposite sideline and are expected to be positive, supportive influences during both games and practices. This structure helps create a respectful environment that allows players to focus, learn, and enjoy the game.

Academy:
Playing on an Academy team involves no tryouts. Academy soccer is often the first step to playing travel soccer or to playing club soccer, or it can be all a child wants (and that is completely fine!). Our recreational program is our Youth Development Program. It includes the use of professional trainers with the parent volunteer coaches.
- Junior Academy
- Senior Academy
Recreational Select:
Recreational Select is a program designed for players interested in a fun and competitive soccer program with less cost, travel and commitment than club soccer. Select teams play most of their games against other local travel teams, often other recreational councils. Further, almost all select teams sign up seasonal with the opportunity to play in the fall and spring. They do not play year round. These programs are coached by parent and volunteer coaches.
- 1st/2nd Grade
- 3rd/4th Grade
- 5th/6th Grade
- 7th/8th Grade
- 9th/10th Grade
Club Travel:
Club soccer is the next level, built for players who are serious about the game and ready to compete. It requires commitment, consistency, and a drive to improve. Through tryouts, advanced training, and high-level competition, players develop their technical ability, tactical awareness, and overall athletic performance.
At Alliance Soccer Club, we provide an elite environment focused on player development, led by experienced, licensed coaches with backgrounds at the collegiate, professional, and international levels.
With 8 to 10 months of training, players train year-round in a structured, competitive setting that prepares them for the next stage of their journey.
From Select to Showcase, our pathway supports player development at every stage, building toward high-level performance and exposure.
Alliance SC is where players come to compete, develop, and advance.
Club Tuition includes clinics, goalkeeper training, tournaments, indoor winter training, league play, referee fees, trainer sessions, and turf and field usage. For U15 to U19 teams, tuition also covers State Cup or Presidents Cup, college seminars, and VEO access.
Tuition is all inclusive, excluding uniforms and personal travel expenses.
