Alliance Soccer Club Program Levels

Club soccer is the next level, built for players who are serious about the game and ready to compete. It requires commitment, consistency, and a drive to improve. Through tryouts, advanced training, and high-level competition, players develop their technical ability, tactical awareness, and overall athletic performance.

At Alliance Soccer Club, we provide an elite environment focused on player development, led by experienced, licensed coaches with backgrounds at the collegiate, professional, and international levels.

With 8 to 10 months of training, players train year-round in a structured, competitive setting that prepares them for the next stage of their journey.

From Select to Showcase, our pathway supports player development at every stage, building toward high-level performance and exposure.

Alliance SC is where players come to compete, develop, and advance.

Club Tuition includes clinics, goalkeeper training, tournaments, indoor winter training, league play, referee fees, trainer sessions, and turf and field usage. For U15 to U19 teams, tuition also covers State Cup or Presidents Cup, college seminars, and VEO access.

Tuition is all inclusive, excluding uniforms and personal travel expenses.

Building the Foundation for Competitive Club Soccer

Birth Years: U8, U9, U10 (Boys & Girls)

Leagues: EDP CMSSL & NCSL (7v7)

The Next Level Starts Here

The Select Program is designed for players ready to take the next step into a more competitive and structured environment. This stage builds the foundation for long-term player development within our club pathway.

Program Focus

Our goal is to provide a challenging and competitive environment where players develop confidence, build strong team connections, and continue growing their passion for the game while preparing for higher levels of play.

Age-Specific Development

Players train within a curriculum tailored to their age and stage of development, with a focus on technical skill, game awareness, and decision-making in a structured, team-centered environment.

Training & Practices

  • Two practices per week on turf or local grass fields
  • Structured sessions focused on technical and tactical growth
  • Consistent coaching and player evaluation

Additional Training Opportunities

Players have access to supplemental clinics throughout the season, including finishing, defending, attacking, foot skills, and goalkeeper training.

Indoor winter training is included, allowing for year-round development at no additional cost.

League Play

Teams compete in EDP CMSSL and NCSL leagues, with placement based on team ability to ensure an appropriate and competitive level of play.

Games

  • Home games held at Old National Pike Park (Fields 4 & 5)
  • Away games vary by league and opponent

Tournaments

All teams participate in 1–3 tournaments during the 2026–2027 season, providing valuable additional competitive experience.

Professional Coaching

Our licensed coaches hold Grassroots, National D, National C, or UEFA licenses and bring years of coaching experience. Many have competed or coached at the high school and collegiate levels, providing players with a strong foundation and pathway for growth.

Advancing Player Development

The Elite Program is designed for players ready to continue their progression in a competitive, development focused environment. This stage builds on foundational skills while preparing players for the transition to the full sided game.

Program Focus

Our goal is to develop the complete player by providing a challenging and competitive environment that strengthens technical ability, tactical understanding, and overall athletic performance.

Age-Specific Development

Training sessions are tailored to each age group, maximizing individual growth while preparing players for future success at the high school and collegiate levels. Training & Practices

  • Two to three practices per week on turf or local grass fields
  • Structured, high-level sessions focused on development and game application
  • Bi-weekly team training with professional technical trainers
  • Additional clinics available throughout the 2026-2027 season, including finishing, defending, attacking, foot skills, and goalkeeper training

League Play

Teams compete in EDP and NCSL leagues. Placement is determined by the Director of Coaching and Technical Director to ensure the appropriate level of competition for each team.

Games

  • Home games held at Ballenger Creek Turf, Utica Park Turf, Othello Turf, and LOUYAA Park grass fields
  • Away games vary based on league and opponent

Competing in EDP & US Youth Soccer National League

The Final Stage of the Pathway

The Showcase Program is designed for players focused on competing at a high level while preparing for high school varsity, collegiate soccer, and beyond. This stage emphasizes performance, exposure, and long-term player development.

Our goal is to develop complete players in a demanding, competitive environment that sharpens technical ability, tactical understanding, and overall athletic performance while preparing players for the next level.

  • Bi-weekly training with club trainers to provide advanced instruction, evaluation, and new concepts
  • Additional clinics available throughout the season, including finishing, defending, attacking, foot skills, and goalkeeper training

Teams compete in EDP and US Youth Soccer National League platforms. Placement is determined by the Director of Coaching and Technical Director to ensure the highest appropriate level of competition.

Tournaments

All teams participate in 4 to 6 tournaments per year, including college showcase events that provide exposure to collegiate programs.

College Pathway Support

Players and families receive guidance through the college recruitment process, including seminars on identifying the right fit, academic requirements, and scholarship opportunities.

Highlight videos can also be created using VEO game footage to support player promotion. Professional Coaching

National 1 League

National 1 League is the top team-based competition in US Club Soccer and US Youth Soccer, elevating teams across the country into a unified national platform integrated with the ECNL.

USYS National League MID-ATLANTIC EDP CONFERENCE

The US Youth Soccer Mid Atlantic EDP Conference is one of 13 Conferences under the US Youth Soccer National League in the Multi-State Tier. The Mid Atlantic EDP Conference consists of teams primarily from Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The top teams in the Conference will earn advancement to the US Youth Soccer Regional Championships, part of the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series. Mid Atlantic Conference teams also have a pathway to participate in the new National League Showcase Series.

EDP- Eastern Development Program

EDP strives to attain a level of performance above industry standard for league and tournament administrators. EDP offers clubs a strong competitive league bracket with minimal travel, developmentally-appropriate opposition and a maximum average goal differential of 2.0.

The goal of the league is to provide a 'Good Game Every Week' in order to maintain elite performance standards amongst young players from U9-U23.

NCSL- National Capital Soccer League

National Capital Soccer League (NCSL) is the DC Metro area's premier promotion-relegation soccer league, serving approximately 30,000 travel soccer players every year representing many of the most successful clubs in the nation. It is a club-based league, which requires clubs to meet league standards in order be considered for entry and must be voted in by other member clubs, and schedules games at the team-to-team level in order provide the most appropriate and competitive game-day experience.

It offers appropriate soccer competition for boys and girls teams aged 7 through 19. With approximately 1,100 teams competing in eleven age groups, NCSL is one of the oldest, largest, and most well-known travel soccer leagues in the nation. It currently features 72 member clubs centered in Maryland, DC, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Director Of Coaching U13-U19

Illya Topovich

Director Topovich has devoted his evenings and weekends to youth soccer. His passion is helping youth soccer players find their love for soccer, while developing them to their fullest potential.

Director Topovich has been with the LOUYAA soccer program for 22 years and the Alliance SC program for 14 years.

Director Topovich loves being a part of LOUYAA Alliance’s soccer program, coaching multiple age groups at all levels across the Club. He has coached U4-U18 at the Academy, Recreational and Club Travel level, as well as mentored various coaches throughout the years. Director Topovich currently holds his National C License.

Director Topovich is the Clubs Director Of Coaching for U13-U19 Teams, he trains and recruits new Club, Academy & Recreational Coaches while mentoring and guiding existing Coaches.

Director Of Coaching U9-U12

Director Proano has devoted his evenings and weekends to youth soccer. His passion is helping youth soccer players find their love for soccer, while developing them to their fullest potential.

Director Proano has been with the LOUYAA soccer program for 10 years and the Alliance SC program for 10 years.

Director Proano loves being a part of LOUYAA Alliance’s soccer program, coaching multiple age groups at all levels across the Club. He has coached U4-U18 at the Academy, Recreational and Club Travel level, as well as mentored various coaches throughout the years. Director Proano currently holds his National D License.

Director Proano is the Clubs Director Of Coaching for U9-U12 teams, he trains and recruits new Club, Academy & Recreational Coaches while mentoring and guiding existing Coaches.
