About Alliance Soccer Club

Alliance Soccer Club is a competitive program committed to developing players who are prepared to perform at the highest levels of youth soccer. Our teams compete across top regional leagues, including USYS National P.R.O., USYS South Atlantic Conference, CMSSL, EDP, and NCSL.

We have a proven track record of helping players advance to the collegiate level, with alumni competing at NCAA Division I, II, and III programs. Many of our former players return to the club as coaches and trainers, reinforcing a strong culture of development, commitment, and excellence.

Coaching and Player Development

Our coaching staff is highly qualified, holding USSF National D and C Licenses and UEFA B Licenses, with many coaches actively working at the high school and collegiate levels.

At Alliance SC, player development is intentional and demanding. Training sessions are structured to challenge players technically, tactically, and mentally. We emphasize accountability, consistency, and a strong work ethic while pushing players to reach their full potential in a competitive environment.

The Alliance Experience

Alliance SC provides an environment where players are expected to compete, grow, and take ownership of their development. Players are surrounded by like-minded teammates who are motivated to improve and succeed.

Beyond the field, athletes build strong relationships, develop leadership skills, and learn the discipline required to compete at higher levels.

We proudly serve families from Frederick, Carroll, Howard, and Montgomery Counties, with our home base in Frederick and New Market, Maryland.

Our Approach

Our program is built to develop players over time while maintaining team continuity and a high standard of performance.

We focus on:

  • Competitive team environments that push players daily
  • Individual development within a structured team setting
  • Clear pathways for players pursuing higher levels of play, including college soccer

Alliance SC supports players at all stages, from those transitioning into a more competitive environment to those preparing for the next level.
