About Chase Miller

Coach Chase is a current Division I Assistant Coach at Mount Saint Mary's University. He has played professionally in 3 Countries. He signed his first pro contract in 2015. A Division I George Mason University standout, Miller graduated after the 2013 season in which Mason won its first Atlantic 10 Conference championship and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. The Duncannon, Pa. native represented the U.S. National Team at the U-14, U-15 and U-17 levels before he attended Mason and ended his Patriot career with 65 starts and 71 overall appearances. His defense helped the Patriots post back-to-back seasons of nine shutouts and a goals-against-average of less than one.

Coach Chase, with a background in strength and conditioning, has helped develop players in multiple sports and has worked with players ranging in age from U8- Division I College players.

 

Training Programs

Sessions are 60 minutes long. Depending on the type of program, they may be individual, small group or open speed and conditioning. Trainings are created and tailored to the individuals and groups that will be attending. This can be geared to position or technical needs.

Teams train to develop as a Team. If you need or want ot be the best you need to spend time focusing on your game. Using trainings designed for you as a player will give you the fast results toward your development goals. Maximum Repetition= Good Habits = Consistency in Play= Maximum Development.

Personal and small group training allows for more individual focused trainings and evaluations. Players will be able to develop the positional skills in depth that there isn't time to develop in a team training.

Get the most from your session when it is focused on you. Players are evaluated and a curriculum is developed to maximize their time with trainer and see real time changes in game play.

Small Group Training

Small Groups consist of 4-8 Players. Get intense technical training instruction. In addition to individual footwork drills, small group training will progress to 1v1 and 2v2 scenarios, passing patterns, and game like drills.

Goal setting is essential for these groups and will be address after the first session and an evaluation and discussion of the needs of the group. Development will be based off these evaluation and goals for the group will be set.

Clinics

Clinics and Camps are open to all and cover a broader spectrum of topics. Each clinic will cover several areas of the game. These topics may include finishing, 1v1 attacking and defending, footskills and ball control,  positioning and more.

Clinics are open to all and the levels may vary. Programming is developed to be sure to challenge and enhance the games of all those registered.

Clinics and Camp pricing vary based on the camp. Alliance Soccer Club Member Clinics are free for Current ASC Travel Team Members.

Agility is the ability to change speed and directions.
Speed is the rate at which someone or something is able to move or operate.

Everyone has speed and agility whether you ( or your player) consider yourself a strength, endurance, or combination athlete, Soccer, Football, Tennis, Baseball, Lacrosse or Multi-Sport Athlete focusing on improving your speed, agility, and quickness will help you improve your performance no matter what field you are on. This is where true athletes can do more and be more.
