About Chase Miller
Coach Chase is a current Division I Assistant Coach at Mount Saint Mary's University. He has played professionally in 3 Countries. He signed his first pro contract in 2015. A Division I George Mason University standout, Miller graduated after the 2013 season in which Mason won its first Atlantic 10 Conference championship and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. The Duncannon, Pa. native represented the U.S. National Team at the U-14, U-15 and U-17 levels before he attended Mason and ended his Patriot career with 65 starts and 71 overall appearances. His defense helped the Patriots post back-to-back seasons of nine shutouts and a goals-against-average of less than one.
Coach Chase, with a background in strength and conditioning, has helped develop players in multiple sports and has worked with players ranging in age from U8- Division I College players.
Training Programs
Sessions are 60 minutes long. Depending on the type of program, they may be individual, small group or open speed and conditioning. Trainings are created and tailored to the individuals and groups that will be attending. This can be geared to position or technical needs.

Teams train to develop as a Team. If you need or want ot be the best you need to spend time focusing on your game. Using trainings designed for you as a player will give you the fast results toward your development goals. Maximum Repetition= Good Habits = Consistency in Play= Maximum Development.
Personal and small group training allows for more individual focused trainings and evaluations. Players will be able to develop the positional skills in depth that there isn't time to develop in a team training.
